Actions Taken:

1. M. Polimer presented the Civil Defense’s FY07 capital request: (1) Shelter cots & storage container @ $10K; and (2) AM emergency radio station @ $20K.

2. B. Nadler presented the Library’s FY07 capital request: (1) Technology upgrade @ $10K; (2) Library drainage & flooding prevention @ $30K; and (3) Construction of a new library @ $6M.

3. K. Wertz presented the School’s FY07 capital request: (1) Acoustic treatment @ $45K; (2) Furniture @ $78,935; (3) Downspout repairs (HS) @ $28.5K; (4) Kitchen rehabilitation (HS) @ $62.6K; (5) Security / Life safety enhancements @ $16K; (6) Vans (SpEd) @ $55K; (7) Technology @ $149,750; and (8) Cottage Street School punchlist @ $TBD.

Votes Taken:

1. MOVED by J. Hitter, and duly seconded, that the minutes of the November 28, 2005 meeting be accepted. VOTED in the affirmative (5-0-1).
